The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the accommodation for my late checkout request. The room wasnice and neat, and the shower pressure was excellent. Enjoying delicious hot breakfast options each morning. Plus, the nearby restaurant served fantastic meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The breakfast choices were great and the staff was friendly.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The room was brand-new and large and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Lightning had hit their system, so computers were down...had no problem checking in; phone system in room didn't work; alarm clock wasn't working right

I stayed in a King Suite and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable, which I loved. The bathroom was nice and had plenty of counter space. The shower pressure was excellent too! It was mostly quiet at night, but I could hear some noise if I went to bed early. A comfy room experience.

The stay here was really nice, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with marvellous location right by mother nature in Jan and a lovely restaurant and the downtown area. Every staff member was extremely friendly and affable. The service was excellent, the food was great.

Unexpected pool disappointment

The pool area needed maintenance. Some amenities showed signs of wear, which affected my overall impression.

Staying at Comfort Inn in Gatesville was good. The feeling of being welcomed by the attentive staff, especially Kristin. The breakfast spread delighted my mornings, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. I did notice the pool needed some attention, a bit disappointing.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and excellent shower pressure. The hot breakfast included a delicious variety of options, especially the bacon and waffles. Noise disturbances were noticeable late at night, which might disrupt light sleepers, and the parking could be a challenge at times. I also found the pool area needed better maintenance, disappointing given the otherwise positive experience.

The facility was clean, a must when traveling with three young kids. We also enjoyed exploring nearby activities like golfing!

My children wished for better noise control at night.
